The Z-Frame ZAS Style Nesting Rack®:
The aluminum side frame inserts into an extra heavy gauge stainless steel socket and over the steel caster shank. This creates a 1-1/4 inch solid metal connection at this critical stress point.

The typical All-Aluminum Rack: Repeated bumps to the caster causes weak aluminum to deform at the stress points so wheels can become wobbly, unstable and even dangerous. Racks must be replaced frequently.

Caster Stem inserts into Aluminum Upright Aluminum Upright inserts into Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel Socket, forming a three piece section.
